You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you upload to our services.

In the course of administrative work, we may do basic operations to your data such as verifying the existence of files or directory structures, but we will neither use nor disclose the contents of your files to outside parties unless compelled to do so by law.
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may cancel or suspend your account with notice.
If a cancellation does occur for any reason, we believe that you own your data and will take reasonable actions to allow you to retrieve a copy of your data without additional charges. Data for canceled accounts will be stored for up to 6 months to allow you to retrieve it.
Services will not be terminated or suspended for billing or quota issues without making reasonable efforts to contact you first. Accounts may be terminated without warning if illegal or unsolicited bulk email activity is detected.

Services may be suspended if system stability or availability is being negatively affected by actions on your account. We will try to avoid this.
We are not liable for any data loss or for any damages caused by unauthorized access to your data, either intentional or unintentional.
Except as explicitly defined in our Service Level Agreement, we provide services as-is, without legal commitments to functionality, security, or availability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable in any way for an amount over your previous monthly payment.
We may update the terms of service at any time. If major changes are made, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information on record.
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
