949	Loss of CSS on pages with modified ACLs	GreLi	unassigned	"I recently updated from 1.1.6.3 to 1.2 

Whenever I open a page that does not have the default ACLs, the page is displayed without any CSS. 

Additionally, every link on the page ist defunct. A click on it results in an error (""Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /wikka.php on this server.""), thus blocking: 

- Navigating away from the pages, 
- editing the page
- Altering the ACLS
- reverting and anything else page related

I can acess Pages using handlers by pressing enter in the adress bar, but the submit/store/whatever buttons result in the same Error as above.

My installation runs at www.trawonien.de, you can see the behaviour on http://www.trawonien.de/wikka.php?wakka=UnloggedKontakt, which has the ACLs set to !+/+/+. 
Using {{include}} to integrate the pages on different ones works without problems. 

I have seen the error on Opera, FF and IE. My buddies using the page have the same problems.
