Admins should be able to delete a whole bunch of comments using RecentComments/Recentlycomment actions.

The recentlycommented action is not a good vehicle for mass deletes because it only shows a single (the latest) comment for each recently commented page. It really belongs in the recentcomments action, as already implemented on the site. ;) Of course that implementation is up for improvement (which I'm working on).
