Further notes about installer changes in the latest changesets:

• works correctly when started with a directory without a slash at the end
• works correctly when started requesting a page name (page name no longer becomes part of base_url)
• no longer creates duplicate pages when re-running a new install
• RewriteBase is NOT needed in .htaccess, works correctly with Wikka installed in a subdirectory

I believe that base_url and rewrite_mode are now correctly derived in all cases.

For the record, as of [758] a missing trailing slash in the initial URL still breaks the layout and generates an invalid (slashless) base_url. We'll be investigating this further with JavaWoman.
