Description

Headings with embedded links should be correctly handled to derive a document title ("smart title").

the fix also removes the link from the body of the page

Could you please give an example of a heading link not working? I have the latest trunk version running locally with this fix. Heading links like:

====[[HomePage Hello]]====

work just fine. They also are also correctly parsed as page titles, with wiki markup stripped.

 http://www.livingbuddhism.org.vt.edu/wikka/wikka.php?wakka=LawrenceCarter and I only changed that one thing based the svn commit about this ticket and don't wish to have unstable trunk code on the website

is correctly parsed as a heading with an external link in the trunk code as of [60]. If there are no other issues I'll close this ticket so this patch can be included in the next release, after the code has been tested.
