All text displayed to users should be consolidated into one file

Any and all text used throughout the code (error messages, commands, notifications, etc.) and displayed to users (including the admin) really should be consolidated into one file and called from there, allowing easy translation as well as easy modification of the phrases used without having to search multiple files to make changes.

I'd be happy to go through all the code after the next official release (1.1.6.2, right?) and make a list of everything relating to this that would need to be addressed to start this change moving forward. :)

I won't say no to your offer :) you can find a list of the sentences at  http://wikkawiki.org/PhraseList. It needs to be updated, since some of the text there is already put into constants and of course line-numbers have changed. But maybe it can give you an idea where to look.
