Styling for HTML elements, error handling, action elements

1.1.6.2 adds a number of new CSS settings for HTML elements, including:

• (action-generated) tables [114]
• form buttons [114], [115], [121], [123]
• blockquotes [76]
• edit textarea [111]
• abbreviations and acronyms [29]

The .keys selector has been modified to match the default styling for buttons. [114], [118], [121], [123] I've also added a number of CSS settings for error handling and notifications:

• invalid input highlighting [81]
• error/success messages [81]

A bunch of CSS selectors have been added for actions and handlers:

• grabcode handler [49] [51] [114]
• usersettings action [75]
• acls handler [78]
• textsearch and textsearchexpanded actions [55] [65] [86]

Finally, the default option for justified text has been removed, users willing to use justified text will simply need to uncomment the relevant option in the stylesheet. [126]
