Edit comments of pages a user has no right to read shouldn't be displayed. It's no big issue but there might be content in the comment one doesn't want everyone to read ...

I'm changing this ticket to make the bevahour of RecentChanges consistent with RecentComments and RecentlyCommented - we should filter not only edit notes but also page names users have no read-access to.
