Page titles incorrectly displayed

I have noticed a minor side-effect of centering the header text on the
page title (displayed on the browser tab), as shown by the two cases
below:

Case 1:
If I have a page with the following line at the top (no quotes):
"@@======My Page Name======@@"
Then the page title is displayed as: "MyWikkaSite: My Page Name"

Case 2:
If however, I have a page with the following line at the top:
"======@@My Page Name@@======"
Then the page title is displayed as: "MyWikkaSite: <div
class="center"> My Page Name </div>"
