Due to changes in 1.3.1 that now allow embedded whitespace, among other characters, in pagenames, InterWiki links that are forced (i.e., enclosed in double-brackets) are not rendering properly. This ticket fixes "old-style" forced links that use whitespace as a delimiter, and also introduces new functionality to recognize the "|" symbol as the delimiter in forced InterWiki links.
Please note that "old-style" forced links using whitespace separators have been deprecated as of 1.3.1.
