Can't access page named "lang" anymore

I have a page named "lang".

With 1.2 I could just visit /wikka/lang to open that page. Everything worked fine.

Since 1.3.1 this doesn't work anymore. When I visit /wikka/lang, I get redirected to /wikka/lang/?wakka=lang and there I get the error "403 Forbidden" ("You don't have permission to access /wikka/lang/ on this server.").

However, when I visit /wikka/Lang (capital L), I can access the page.
