URLs with embedded hyphens/underscores parse incorrectly

Parsing stops when the parse attempts to parse a URL outside of a forced link:

Links fail to parse properly with embedded underscores as well:

This bug was not present in 1.2, which parses those URLs fine. I confirm it affects 1.3 and should definitely be patched before the release.
