= LUR Reject Causes =
When unprovisioned phones are rejected from OpenBTS, they are sent a "reject cause" in {{{Control.LUR.UnprovisionedRejectCause}}}.
These cause codes come from GSM 04.08 Section 10.5.3.6.

These were tested on a Palm Treo-650.  If you see other behaviors with other phones, please add your information.
