In order to run OpenBTS, you will need to start up 3-5 separate processes. These are OpenBTS, sipauthserve, OpenBTSCLI, smqueue (if you are using SMS), and FreeSWITCH or Asterisk (if you are using them).
Starting each of these manually can be tedious, so we have provided some startup scripts.
The first is one for a configuration using FreeSWITCH. It has been tested on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Here is [obts_fs_startup.sh the script].
