Notes  creating a new Indexed Directory.
1. do a backup.
2. change com.mindprod.qf customisers.  Need to define new directory and filter.
3. make new directory and move files there.  Move other related files over.  It will be
easier than fixing links.  Make sure you have moved all the files before you do your
bulk operations. Every file you will will double your work.
4. CHOPPER.BTM can be used to rename the files. rename will iterate pathologically.
Watch out for essay files and entry files collapsing to the same name.
5. Use search and replace to fix ../index ../image etc links.
Do a DIR and create a dotdot.srs fix file.  Be careful about fixing links where
there are duplicate names in both mother and daughter directory especially
dummy redirect files.
6. fix the absolute filename at the bottom with SR.
7. Run XENU to check for damaged links. It won't catch Applet damage.
8. Repair moved links with Search/Replace.  Convert all to "ggloss/xxx" form, then
later remove the "ggloss/" where it is not needed.  Do a final QF/XENU when done.
9. change the com.mindprod.split customiser and stompXX.bat
10. adjust cmp1.list and cmp2.list
11. use FTP Voyager to bulk delete the old files.
12. upload
13. update any webring URLs.
14. adjust hit counter names and statsa
