This information lets you save money and put less stress on the environment. It uses built in tables of electricity cost in various regions in its calculations. It displays the results in your local currency. The raw information comes from many sources all over the Internet. If you have better costs, please send them to me, any currency is ok, cost per Kwh. Please feel free costs any locations I have not mentioned, or to make requests for still more activities. The exchange rate tables built in to the program are updated daily, so you should download a fresh version of powcost from time to time to see accurate prices for different regions of the world in your home currency. The exch.ser file, embedded in the jar is generated by CurrConAux. The easiest way to get a more up to date version is just to download the latest version of PowCost. If you want to generate you own, download the CurrCon program. I update it daily.
