How to update the MIME Database E:\com\mindprod\mimecheck\mimes.csv
Modify the CSV file.
It has five different record types, that may appear in any order, though normally kept sorted.
P, extension, mime (for primary mime type )
S, extension, mime (for secondary mime type )
C, extension, comment (for a comment about the extension )
A, extension (this is an audio mime)
V, extension (this is video mime)
W, extension (this is a core extension, should be supported on a typical website)
Make sure file names in com.mindprod.mime.Generate are suitable.  Edit as needed.
Then Run Generate in the IDE.
It generates include HTML for mime.html and sound.html directly in the E:\mindprod\jgloss\include directory.
Then regenerate mimetypes.jar to include the newly genereate E:\com\mindprod\mimetypes\mimes.ser
