rem prices are echoed in three places:
rem on the ElectronicsHead macro and expansion
rem on the Electronics macro and expansion
rem on the Insert macro and expansion.
rem This program updates title and price in both ElectronicHead and Electronic macro, but not Insert
rem RefreshInserts.btm refreshes title and price on Cite and Insert macro from ElectronicsHead, BookHead.
