Change of Mailing Address

Effective January 1, 2006, all sales/use tax, occupational license tax and hotel/motel occupancy tax returns should be mailed to the following lock box address:

All other returns (alcohol beverage, restaurant, amusement, charitable gaming & insurance premium), correspondence and payments (debit memo, proposed/final assessment, audit payments, payment under protest and payment plan) should continue to be sent to our local address at P.O. Box 671, Alexandria, LA 71309.
