Change of Mailing Address
April 1, 2008
Effective April 1, 2008, all sales/use tax returns, hotel/motel occupancy tax returns, and memos relating to these returns should be mailed to the following lock box address:

Any correspondence and payments for proposed/final assessments, audit payments, payments under protest, payments on pay plans, or any payment pertaining as a result of legal action (suit) should continue being sent to our correspondence address at P. O. Box 3883, Lafayette, LA 70502.
This change in the mailing address will be effective on April 1, 2008, and will only apply to payments made for sales/use tax reports, hotel/motel tax reports, and memos. This change will have no impact for those dealers paying and reporting on line through Bailey Link.
