All production servers have a live standby system with current configs and current user data loaded onto them in preparation for emergencies. This allows us to constantly verify our backups are valid, while also ensuring a quick and effective disaster recovery contingency plan.
We colocate servers in multiple data-centers across the United States. Our primary site is a private locked cabinet in Dallas, TX. Our secondary site, used for backups and auxiliary servers, is a private locked cabinet in Santa Clara, CA. This allows us to maintain client communications and data access even if there are issues preventing access to our primary data-center.

99.95% 99.99% network and hardware uptime
For non-dedicated server customers, if you experience more than 5 minutes of unscheduled downtime in a month due to a network, power or hardware failure on our part, simply submit a SLA request with the time of the outage and we will refund you your full months payment.
Dedicated server customers are covered by a 2 hour hardware replacement SLA and a 15 minute reboot SLA, as well as our standard network and power SLA. If agreed uptime is not met, we will refund for 1000x the downtime experienced up to one full months payment.
SLA does not apply if network connectivity from the world is confirmed from outside sources. The individual routes between us and your ISP may vary and is beyond our control. We do, however, have multiple proxy servers you can use in the event that you have trouble reaching our primary site.
